Funding & partnerships
Mundus is developing a sustainable Welsh social enterprise addressing the practical consequences of mental-health-related barriers, social isolation and chronic disorganisation. We combine practical home-based support, environmental organisation, behavioural strategies, community connection and appropriate signposting to help people regain independence and control.
Our mixed-income model means partners can engage through commissioning, grant funding, contracting or sponsorship — each route designed to deliver measurable social outcomes.

Specific projects with measurable social outcomes — pilot programmes, outreach and subsidised support where funding permits.
Delivery of contracted or funded projects aligned with our community purpose.
Sponsorship or commissioned wellbeing and community initiatives.
Contracts with organisations requiring specialist practical support.
Paid educational programmes, priced per participant or organisational booking.
Mundus will not rely solely on grants, and will not seek funding simply because funding is available. Investment enables us to establish the infrastructure, workforce, training, systems and pilot programmes needed to demonstrate the model, measure outcomes and develop sustainable commissioned and trading income.
As a proposed Community Interest Company (CIC), Mundus will generate income through trading activities and use its resources and sustainable surplus to advance its community purpose. Individual support is modelled at £65 per billable hour, alongside session packages, structured programmes, workshops and fixed-price commissioned programmes.
If you are a commissioner, funder, charity or organisation interested in partnering with Mundus, we would love to hear from you.
